Do you warranty your work?

We warranty all our work to meet professional standards. Any work done by CGW in house is warrantied exclusive to the original customer who brought their firearm to us for work/armorer/gunsmithing purposes for the lifetime of the firearm. This does not however apply to unusual treatment of a firearm outside of normal operational parameters. Example: if you mortar your rifle to remove jammed brass and break your buffer tube we installed, because there is a right way and wrong way to do this, you are responsible for the damage and we will not cover the replacement cost or labor time.  However this does not apply to manufacture issues with the firearm, that must be addressed directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy. 

Are you a licensed armorer with “X” gun manufacturer?

We are licensed armorers with the below listed companies. This means that if you contact the manufacturer for repair work and they refer you to us for work under their warranties we will honor that warranty to the utmost of our ability unless there are extenuating circumstances that are best served by sending the unit back to the manufacturer service office.
